Application of wax can be done on either at home or by a registered esthetician or cosmetologist. Repetitive use of this method can result to slower hair regrowth and later, destruction of the hair roots. Finally, this can lead to permanent and lasting hair reduction. Side effects of this method can be messy also as with sugaring and can further result to irritation. Regular exfoliation and application of solution of oil and astringent can greatly help in the reduction of the happening of these problems.
